Spadoom Adds SAP Field Service Management to Its Portfolio

Spadoom is now authorised to sell and service SAP Supply Chain Management solutions, including SAP Field Service Management (FSM).

This expands our portfolio beyond SAP CX into supply chain territory. For clients who already use SAP Sales or Service Cloud, FSM is a natural extension — it covers scheduling, dispatching, on-site project management, and analytics in one tool.

What SAP FSM does

SAP FSM manages field service operations end to end: planning, resource allocation, mobile workforce management, and reporting. It works across industries — utilities, manufacturing, healthcare — and connects directly with other SAP systems.

Why this matters for our clients

Until now, we focused on SAP CX. With FSM authorisation, we can now cover a broader range of SAP products for clients who need their field operations and customer-facing systems to work together.
