As a fast-growing, global biotech company, Miltenyi Biotec could not afford for its digital infrastructure to become a bottleneck. The introduction of SAP Commerce Cloud was just the first step. The real challenge lay deeper:

  • On-site Extended Workbench: After the training, we remained on-site as a core part of the team. Our backend specialists act as an “extended workbench,” taking responsibility for the most complex development tasks.
  • Mastering Integration: In this role, we orchestrated the complete integration of the system landscape. Using the SAP Integration Suite, we seamlessly connected the Commerce Cloud with SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC), the S/4HANA system, and SAP Service Cloud V2.
  • Continuous Support: To this day, we continue to support Miltenyi Biotec with ongoing development, technical extensions, and global rollouts.
